His mastery of classical French cuisine - such a rare pleasure in Sofia - and love of 'real', home-produced food whose footprint can easily be traced, earned him the title of Restaurant of the Year for two consecutive years and top ratings in the first edition of Sofia Restaurant Week. Starting out in the family restaurant in the seafood heaven of Bretagne, Antoine expanded his experience in restaurants in Paris, Melbourne, Dubai and Canada before settling in Bulgaria.
